Shipping And Delivery

HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
 
We process orders in 24hrs.
Our shipping takes between 5-7 business days to United Kingdom.

COURIERS AND POSTAL SERVICES USED:

We ship our orders with multiple couriers, depending on the delivery location of our customer and courier's shipping time for that area. 

We currently work and ship the orders with RoyalMail, Hermes and Yodel.  

 

WHERE/HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? 

You can track your order on our "Track Your Order" page. 

Please do not panic if your items do not arrive immediately because they're most certainly on their way and you can always track them by visiting Track Your Order page or emailing our support who will do their best to answer within 24 hours. 

  

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?

We process orders between Monday to Sunday within 24 hours. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local postal office or a local courier. Depending on your area, some orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

MISSING SHIPMENTS:

On rare occasions, packages get lost in transit by the Shipping Courier or Postal Service. 

In this case, assuming the delivery information is correct, the customer will be fully refunded to the original method of payment after confirming with the customer and shipping courier or postal service. Alternatively, upon the customer's request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

In exceptional cases, If the shipment is delivered and confirmed with proofs by the shipping company or post service, a dispute will be opened where proofs will be submitted by both parties. 

 

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:

If your order does not arrive with all your purchased products, please let us know by emailing support@northernlamps.com and we will contact the shipping courier or postal service to see what happened with the entire order.

If we cannot guarantee the delivery of the entire order within 10 business days, the customer will be fully refunded for the missing items.

Alternatively, upon the customer's request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge for the missing item/items.

 

LATE SHIPMENTS:

If your order does not arrive within our given timeframe specified on our Shipping & Delivery page, please let us know by emailing support@northerrnlamps.store and we will contact our shipping line to see what happened with your package and where it is.

We guarantee delivery or a full refund. If your does not arrive within 10 business days from the date your package was shipped, we will confirm with the shipping courier or postal office and will refund your order in full to your original method of payment. Which means you get back the entire amount you paid when ordering. Alternatively, upon the customer's request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you wish to cancel, please send us an email at support@northernlamps.storewithin 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We will process all refunds within 24-48 hours.
Please note that it's impossible to cancel an order once it's been shipped, to prevent customer fraud where someone gets to keep both the product and the money.
If you wish to cancel your order once it's been shipped, you'll need to wait to receive it and then send it back to us for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs in this case.
